The singer and reality TV star arrived with husband Spencer Pratt, her former co-star from The Hills. She wore a sculptural blue corset paired with tight, crystal-covered pants. Her outfit was completed with patent leather peep-toe heels, layered diamond jewelry, and bold makeup featuring a smoky eye, pink blush, and a glossy nude lip. Spencer chose a classic all-black suit for the occasion.
The red carpet moment comes months after a personal tragedy. Earlier this year, the couple’s home was destroyed in the Pacific Palisades Fire. They revealed that they did not have homeowners insurance and lost almost everything.
“Spencer was like, ‘Grab anything you want to keep,’” Heidi said during an interview on Good Morning America. “And I was like, ‘How do you choose?’ My brain stopped working. I was so overwhelmed. I grabbed my kids’ teddy bears.”
In the wake of the fire, fans showed their support by streaming Heidi’s 2010 album Superficial, which unexpectedly shot to No. 1 on the iTunes charts.
