Roan, known for her bold makeup and theatrical outfits, usually sticks to her natural long auburn hair. Aside from a few blonde wigs worn for performances, she rarely changes her hairstyle. But in a series of new selfies posted to Instagram, the “Good Luck, Babe!” singer showed off straight, center-parted orange-blonde hair — a striking shift from her usual appearance.
In one photo, Roan stands in an elevator wearing oversized sunglasses and a plaid shawl, holding a coffee cup. In the next blurry shot, taken in a car, her straight hair falls across her face. Alongside the images, she posted a request: “Will the girl who I just met at the perfume store please comment the perfume you recommended… The world ‘girl’ was in the brand name & you said it smelled like lipstick. Thank you.”
Fans in the comments quickly identified the mystery fragrance as Good Girl by Carolina Herrera.
It’s not clear if Roan actually dyed and straightened her hair or if she was wearing a realistic wig. The singer has previously spoken about valuing her privacy and setting boundaries despite her public career. “I chose this career path because I love music and art… I do not accept harassment of any kind,” she shared in a viral Instagram post from August 2024.
Roan is also known for keeping her personal life private — even keeping a relationship secret for six months.
Her last public appearance was at the 2025 Met Gala, where she wore a glittering ’70s-inspired pink suit and her usual voluminous red curls.
