Sharon Stone has officially joined the growing list of celebrities embracing the bob haircut in 2025. The Basic Instinct star revealed her new chin-length style at the Max Mara Cruise fashion show on June 17, held at the Reggia Di Caserta in Caserta, Italy.
Stone, who has worn her hair ultra short for years, surprised fans with the sleek transformation. Her new cut featured a center part and softly framed her face. She completed the look with oversized Marcolin sunglasses, a silk olive green Max Mara gown, silver pointed-toe shoes, and a gold handbag.
This year has seen a surge in bob hairstyles, with stars like Leslie Bibb, Pamela Anderson, and Victoria Beckham also opting for the shorter cut. Now, Stone adds her name to the trend, showing off a fresh take on her signature style.
Stone has openly shared her hair journey over the years. After suffering a stroke in 2001, she experienced hair loss. In a 2023 interview with Byrdie, she credited her regrowth to Augustinus Bader hair products, including The Shampoo, The Conditioner, and The Leave-In Hair Treatment.
The actress is also known for taking hair matters into her own hands. In a 2018 interview with The New York Times, she admitted to often cutting her own hair. “Every once in a while, when I get a haircut from someone else, hairdressers will complain, ‘Who did this haircut?’ But the truth is no one ever likes someone else’s cut,” she said.
Now with a new bob, Stone continues to prove that style and reinvention are timeless.
