The 34-year-old musician, whose real name is Colson Baker, posted photos on Instagram on Jan. 28 showcasing his transformation. In one image, MGK appeared shirtless, wearing loose camouflage pants and gazing thoughtfully out of a window. His tattoos were prominently visible, but it was his hair and beard that grabbed the spotlight.
Ditching his signature short, platinum-blond style, MGK now sports longer, dirty blond hair pulled back into a small man bun. He also revealed a thick beard and matching mustache, giving him a rugged new image.
In another close-up shot, the “Lonely Road” artist held up strands of his hair, highlighting his fuller facial hair.
