Beauty expert Nadine Baggott has found a budget-friendly hair product that delivers salon-worthy results at home. The This Morning presenter recently tested several at-home treatments to cover her roots and neutralize brassy tones in her blonde hair. One product, she says, “blew her mind.”
The standout item was the Jerome Russell Color Bomb Blondes Color Depositing Mask in the shade Silver Blonde. Retailing at just £12.66 on Amazon, the mask is also available in 11 other shades. Nadine described it as “the greatest tonal conditioning mask ever used,” adding that it revived her hair in the time it took her to complete her shaving routine.
In a social media post, she explained how the product works using basic color theory: “The way it works is that it works on the color wheel. The opposite colors are violet or purple and orange. You’re essentially depositing pigment on the surface of the hair to correct the orange, so less of it reflects back, and more of the silvery blonde shows through.”
The 10-minute mask treatment neutralizes yellow and orange tones, giving hair a cooler, ashy finish. It also uses bond-building technology to strengthen the hair from within.
Despite its lighter purple shade compared to similar products, Nadine was impressed by the mask’s effectiveness. She noted it has helped her maintain her color between salon visits, keeping her blonde looking fresh and vibrant.
