Katie Holmes is stepping into summer with a fresh new look. The actress debuted a lighter, beach-inspired hairstyle at a party in New York City celebrating the second season of the series Poker Face, in which she has a role.
Known for her signature brunette hair, Holmes surprised fans by swapping her usual dark brown locks for blonde highlights. This marks a notable change, as she has typically maintained her natural brown shade throughout her career. Her only other major departure from it was a short-lived blonde phase in the early 2000s. While she’s often experimented with different lengths, her color has remained consistent—until now.
The new hairstyle, styled into soft, beachy waves by hair stylist DJ Quintero, reflects a more relaxed, bohemian vibe.
